Welcome to Action Is The Cure (“AITC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, platforms, content, services, and communications (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1) Who We Are

Action Is The Cure is an educational platform providing training, resources, and information intended to support learning and awareness. We do not provide medical advice.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

4) Educational Use, No Medical Advice, and Non-FDA Statement

The Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in the Services is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, or to replace professional medical advice. Always seek the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional with any questions regarding your health or medical conditions. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or access through the Services.

Non-FDA Statement: Information provided through the Services may include discussion of nutrition, supplements, or wellness topics. Unless expressly stated otherwise, statements on the Services have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The Services and any information provided are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

5) Accounts, Access, and Security

  • You may be required to create an account to access certain features.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6) Payments, Renewals, Cancellations, and Refund Policy

6.1 Monthly Payments and Auto-Renewal

If you purchase a subscription, membership, or paid service, you authorize AITC (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Pricing, taxes, and any additional fees (if applicable) will be disclosed at checkout or within your account.

No Trials: At this time, we do not offer free trials unless explicitly stated in writing at checkout for a specific offering.

6.2 Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by contacting our support team at support@actionisthecure.com. Your cancellation will stop future monthly charges. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, you will retain access through the end of your current paid billing period, and your membership will not renew after that period ends.

6.3 Refund Policy (Standard)

Unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated at checkout for a specific product or service:

  • Monthly subscriptions: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged. If you cancel, you will not be charged again, and you will retain access through the end of your current billing period.
  • Accidental duplicate charges or billing errors: If you believe you were billed in error (for example, a duplicate charge), contact us at support@actionisthecure.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review and correct verified billing errors.
  • Events or trainings (if offered): Refund eligibility (if any) will be listed on the event registration page or purchase page.
  • Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend or terminate access to the Services while the dispute is resolved.

7) Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, materials, trademarks, logos, videos, text, graphics, and other intellectual property, are owned by or licensed to AITC and are protected by applicable laws.

  • You may view and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial educational use unless otherwise stated.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Services without our prior written permission.

8) Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or defame others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services (including introducing malware)
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Services without permission
  • Misuse content or materials in a way that violates others’ rights

9) Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may include links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

10) Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.

11) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AITC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AITC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

13) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time.

14) Privacy

15) SMS / Text Messaging Terms (10DLC)

Program name: Action Is The Cure (AITC) SMS Messaging

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from AITC. AITC is an educational platform. Messages may include educational resources you request (such as product information, program materials, links, and updates), service and account-related notifications, customer support messages (including responses to HELP requests), and occasional announcements about AITC speakers, trainings, webinars, or events.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number you received messages from. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us directly at support@actionisthecure.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message frequency varies based on your requests and activity. You may receive up to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

16) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
